Landidyll quality management

Landidyll hotels distinguish themselves through their individual character and their location as well as through their high quality and the fact that they are willing to secure this high quality and continue to develop it further.

Landidyll has been working on its quality management system since 2001. It offers Q1 and Q2 quality Landidyll Qualitätsmanagementseminars as well as follow-up seminars for qualifying as a Q-Controller. The objective of this quality campaign is to continually improve the quality of their service. Here the focus is on increasing the satisfaction of customers and staff alike while reducing costs.

In March of 2009 the official agency of the German Service Quality Association, the German Tourist Association DTV, recognized the achievements in quality management of the Landidyll hotels by distinguishing the 14 quality-certified Landidyll hotels with Germany’s level 2 service quality certificate. The many years of consistent quality work of the Landidyll hotels is now bearing fruit allowing the hotel group to reach an important milestone through this certification.

Particularly worth mentioning is the fact that up to now in 16 federal states a total of only 84 hotels have been distinguished with this quality sign. The 14 Landidyll hotels have now been added to this list. In Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saarland as well as in Schleswig-Holstein, the Landidyll hotels were the first operations which received the German Service Quality Level II certificate thus confirming the pioneering role of the Landidyll hotel group in quality management.
