The Landidyll chefs
The Landidyll chefs place particular emphasis on observing and nurturing respective regional traditions
of cuisine, oriented on the seasons and the fresh products that they provide from local fields, rivers, forests and meadows.
There is also a wholehearted commitment to natural products, with the consequence that only fresh products and ingredients from the respective Landidyll region are used. This applies to meat in particular, which is overwhelmingly sourced from controlled stocks of local farmers.
Our Landidyll chefs are experts at pampering the sophisticated palates of our customers with their own, fine signature. This is surely one reason why the gastronomic reputation of the individual Landidyll restaurants is acknowledged beyond the borders of the region itself (for example: Michelin and Varta guides, Aral Gourmet Atlas).
